How to enter the traditional desktop when Windows 8.1 boot?

First, select the “Desktop” tile on the Windows 8.1“Start” screen to enter the traditional desktop.

Second, click the right button in the blank space of the taskbar below the traditional desktop, select “properties”.

Third, in the pop-up "Properties" dialog box, select the "Navigation" tag, check "When I log in or close all apps on the screen, go to the desktop instead of "ldquo" ; start & rdquo; screen & rdquo; option, then click the “ OK & rdquo; button.

After the above settings are completed, each time you restart your login to the computer, you will automatically enter the traditional desktop instead of the “Start” screen. If you need to enter the "Start" screen, you can click the Microsoft icon button in the lower left corner of the desktop to enter the "Start" screen.
