How to activate the "Sliding Shutdown" function of Windows 8.1

The shutdown button of Windows 8 is relatively hidden, and many new users feel inconvenient. In fact, Windows 8.1 supports a faster "slide shutdown" function. The user does not need to take a few more steps to go to the Charm bar and click on the new "Start" to shut down smoothly. A software called "Slidetoshutdown.exe" is built into Windows 8.1.
