How to refuse to remotely modify the key value of the Win8 registry

Many users may open the remote key-value function of Windows 8 system for the convenience of operation, allowing users to remotely modify the relevant registry key of Windows 8 system from any location on the network for efficient management purposes.

However, when the Windows 8 system is enabled, it can be easily detected by malicious users through professional tools, so that the function may be illegally exploited. For example, malicious users can modify it remotely. The registry key value secretly adds the attacker to the registry startup item to achieve the purpose of attacking the Windows 8 system. In order to prevent the virus from attacking the security of the local system with the help of the Tomato Garden function, we may wish to perform the following operations and refuse to remotely modify the key value:

First use the “Win+X” shortcut key to pop up the system access shortcut menu. Click the “Run” command to switch to the system run text box, enter the “gpedit.msc” command and press Enter to open the computer company system group policy editor.

From the list on the left side of the editor, expand “Computer Configuration" ““ “““““““““ Under the node, click “Network Access: Remotely Accessed Registry Path”, and double-click the option with the mouse to expand the option settings dialog box, select the remote access registry path that has been opened, and press the “Delete” button. Delete it and close the Target Group Policy Settings dialog after confirming.

Next, reposition the mouse to the "Security Options" node and find the "Network Access: Remote Access Registry Path and Sub-Path" group policy, and double-click it with the mouse to appear after it. In the Settings dialog box, delete all open registry paths and confirm the system registry after refreshing. In this way, malicious users cannot attack the Windows 8 system by modifying the registry key remotely in the future.
