How to activate the sliding shutdown function of Windows 8.1

Windows 8's shutdown button is more subtle, and many new users feel inconvenient. In fact, Windows 8.1 supports a faster "slide shutdown" function. The user does not need to take a few more steps to go to the Charm bar and click on the new "Start" to shut down smoothly.
