Win8 utility gadget recommended

In addition, there are two Install (Run as Administrator).cmd and Uninstall (Run as Administrator).cmd files in the package, the purpose is on the desktop Install/delete the shortcut commands for the above power options on the right-click menu. Run the install file as an administrator. After completing the prompts, a shortcut command, Shutdown Panel, will appear on the desktop right-click menu.
