How to close the open program in Windows 8

If you want to turn off the application that opens in the "start” screen, you can move the mouse to the top of the screen. When the mouse arrow changes to “small hand, click and drag down to the bottom of the screen and let go. You can close the currently viewed app.

Operation steps:

Method 1

1. Move the mouse to the top of the screen and the mouse arrow will change to “Little Hand”;

2 Tap and drag the small hand down to the bottom of the screen and let go;

3, drag and drop to the bottom and let go, you can close the program and return to “Start”Interface;

Method 2

1. Under the system desktop, move the mouse to the upper left corner of the screen, as shown in the figure;

2. Pull down the left edge of the mouse and the background will appear. ;Applications 

3. Right-click on the already open program and select the “Close” option to close the selected program.
