When the program is started again and the corrupted file has not been deleted, these corrupted files will affect the normal function of the program. Some software detects corrupted files and then automatically repairs or deletes them to keep the software running, but some software does not.

In Windows 8, if the app store was forced to abort at the beginning of the download due to power outages, etc., there is a chance that the app store will fail halfway or hang. This is solved by cleaning up the cache file. However, this method does not apply to the inability to install because the application file of the application store is damaged. Of course, this time it is more difficult to start.

Solution:

1. Clear the cache folder C: WindowsSoftwareDistributionDownload (If you can't delete it, you can delete it after restarting, or delete it after adding everyone permission);

2. Log out of the computer and re-enter the store to download.
