Solution

When installing Windows 8 on a virtual machine, you can use weather and other applications. Now it is not working. It is found that the virtual machine was installed with Microsoft ID login. So you can use it directly.

Now it is the Administrator. Add another Microsoft ID login account and find that you can use the weather and other applications. It seems that in the future, this computer, the books have to rely on the network! Without the network, you can not use these. But right, there is no network, these are not used! Perhaps this is the developing · cloud services or cloud computing that will be developed in the future!

Solution, click on the top right corner of Metro Admin's avatar, add another user, that is, add a Microsoft ID!
