Explain the Win8 system's "Library"

library is a collection of all documents, music, pictures, and other files that can be accessed from one location. "Library" is similar to a folder: you can use the library to browse files and sort files. If you don't need a "library", we can delete it. This does not delete files and folders accessed through the library. If you delete a folder that has been added to the library, it will be removed from the library but not actually deleted. Things to note, if you delete items in a folder in the library, these items will indeed be deleted.
