Which type of account is better for you in Windows 8 system

The Windows 8 system has three types of accounts. Each type provides different levels of computer control:

Standard account: suitable for everyday use. This type of account may have been created the first time you start using your computer.

Administrator Account: Provides maximum control of your computer. To help protect your computer (to prevent other users from making changes that do not match your wishes), use an administrator account with caution. If you want to set up an account for other users on your computer, you will need to use an administrator account.

Guest Account: For those who want to temporarily use the computer. You can enable the guest account of your computer in the “Control Panel”.

Why use an email address to log in?

You can log in to Windows with your email address and password and it will become your Microsoft account. This can be a standard user account or an administrator account — It is very important to log in with an email address. When you log in with your Microsoft account, your computer will automatically connect to the cloud, and:

1. Your Hotmail, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as friends in other accounts, will automatically be contacted and updated. Stay up to date.

2. You can access these locations and share your photos, documents and other files without having to sign in to Microsoft SkyDrive, Facebook, Flickr or other accounts.

3. Your personal settings (including your theme, language preferences, browser favorites, and most apps) will be synced to any Windows 8 and Windows RT computer you are logged into.

4. You can get apps in the Windows Store and use them on up to five Windows 8 and Windows RT computers.
