Win8 open tablet input panel method

        1. First confirm whether the tablet component is enabled, open the control panel, select “Programs and Features>;
2. Click “Enable or disable Windows function>;
3. Check to check if &ldquo Tablet PC component, if unchecked, please tick, and then prompt to restart the computer;
4, right click in the blank space of the taskbar - select toolbar - select touch keyboard;
5, you will see a keyboard icon on the taskbar, click;
6, open the touch keyboard, not the handwriting mode, click the keyboard in the lower right corner to select handwriting.
