First step, press windows+R key, enter "lds;services.msc" in the running window,

Check whether the following services are normally open:

Telephony;

Remote Access Connection Manager;

Remote Access Auto Connection Manager.

The first two are open, and the default boot automatically starts, the third is the default manual open, the problem is here, the focus is below.

The second step is to find the item that was manually opened in the above service, right-click property.
