Solve the problem of English and numbers in Win8.1 preview version with jagged problems

After upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1, I found that there are jagged problems in the English language and numbers in the browsing webpage, software interface, and input method. The impact of such a large area, I think it should be the problem of Song font. Open the directory C:\\Windows\\Fonts and find the “Song & General”. As shown below: Double click ““Song body regular”, the following picture appears: The font inside the red box is found to be jagged, the reason is here. And the Song of the Song8 does not have this problem, the solution is to replace the Windows 8.1 Song font with the Windows 8 Song font. The font can be copied from the Windows 8 system, which is convenient for everyone. The attachment is the font network disk download address. Open the downloaded simsun.ttc, click the "Install" button in the upper left corner, if the prompt already exists, replace the dialog box, select Yes. As shown below: Open the run dialog (shortcut win+R), then type cmd to open a command prompt, enter the command “dir c:\\windows\\fonts\\simsun*”, then press Enter, as shown below: We see More than one "simsun_0.ttc", this is the newly installed Song font. The next step is to modify the registry to make the system use the replaced Song font. Open the Registry Editor (open the Run window, type "regedit", then press Enter), find the path "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion\\Fonts" in the window, pull the right side to the bottom, find the name “宋体 & New Song (TrueType) & rdquo;, its data is "simsun_0.ttc", in general, this value is the same as the file name found in the previous step, as shown below: Mouse up, find the name “ SimSun & NSimSun (TrueType)”, its value is "simsun.ttc", as shown below: Then double-click the value of "SimSun & NSimSun (TrueType)", and change "simsun.ttc" to "ld"; Simsun_0.ttc”, click OK. As shown below: After the operation is completed, close the registry editor, then log out the current user, and then log in. At this point the problem of jaggedness is solved.
