How to sign up for Windows Phone App Studio Developer

Phone developer can have the privilege of getting an update push (such as getting a push update for WP8.1 Developer Preview) and registering Windows Phone App Studio is the easiest way to have a developer identity, so Microsoft Chiefs will share the steps to register Windows Phone App Studio developers:

First login to Windows Phone App Studio official website (http ://apps.windowsstore.com/), click on “Start new” in the navigation bar. Figure:

Then log in to your Microsoft account and note that it is the same as your phone's Microsoft account.

Then it will show “Allow this app to access your information? ” Authorization interface. Figure:

Click “ is ”, then the welcome screen will be displayed. Check the user name and the options under the mailbox, and finally click the “register” button to register successfully and enter the Windows Phone App Studio website. Figure:
