Win7 system comdlg32.ocx registration failure solution

win7 system, when running individual software, comdlg32.ocx registration failure may occur, this article gives a solution to this problem.

Common situations are:

Cause:

The OCX file is missing from the system or the OCX file is not registered. You need to download the file and register it.

Workaround:

Download the missing control COMDLG32.OCX and copy it to the c:\\windows\\system32 folder. Start-Run-Enter regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx

Note: If this method does not work, you need to enable the administrator account in the Control Panel, then log out and re-enter the Super Administrator account. Then enter the above command to register. Or under the super administrator account, right click on the batch to run as an administrator.
