How to use the camera to take photos in the Win8 system as an account picture

I used the Win8 system. Now I want to use the camera to shoot the system account avatar. How can I use the camera to shoot the system account avatar in Windows
8?

Operating Procedures

For the touch screen machine, swipe your finger inward from the right edge of the screen. For the non-touch screen robot mouse to place the upper right or lower right corner of the screen, CharmsBar will appear, then click Settings. As shown below:

Select to change the Computer
settings. As shown below:

Select Personalize and select User avatar. As shown below:

Select the camera. As shown below:

If the camera is connected to the camera, an image will appear. The default is the camera mode. Click the left mouse button to take the photo.

After taking a photo, drag the square size to select the avatar range, then click OK;

At this point, the avatar has become the photo just taken. As shown below:
