Delete any subkeys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Print\\Printers (do not delete Printers itself) Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Print\\Environment\\Windows NT x86\\PrintProcessors, delete any Subkeys that are not the following key values: winprin expands to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Print\\Providers, deletes any subkeys that are not the following key values:

Internet Print ProviderLanMan Print Services expands to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\ CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Print\\Monitors, delete any subkeys that are not the following key values:

BJ Language MonitorLocal Port Microsoft Document Imaging Writer MonitorPJL Language MonitorStandard TCP/IP PortUSB Monitor Windows NT Fax Monitor AppleTalk Printing Devices LPR PortMicrosoft Shared Fax MonitorWSD Port Close Registry Editor deletes any files and subfolders in the following folder:

C:\\Windows\\system32\\spool\\drivers\\w32x86\\2C:\\Windows\\system32\\spool\\drivers\\w32x86\\3

If only C:\\Windows \\system32\\spool\\drivers\\w32x86\\3, just delete it and ——

Restart the computer and test the printer.
