Windows8 delete stubborn undelete folder

Two days ago, I installed Win8, and then installed the software, but later found that my PS installation directory is not suitable, so I want to cut to other directories, but can not Moving, I want to delete the reload first, should I uninstall it before I can delete it, but it turns out that it is not so simple, it can't be deleted!

Operation steps

1. Move the mouse to the bottom left corner and right click >" command prompt (administrator).

2, use the cd command to enter the directory above the folder you want to delete (such as C:\\Program Files\\iTools) and try the del command to delete.

3, found the del command is not flawed, so I used the rd command to delete successfully!
