Win10 Mobile Preview 14946 upgrade shows error 0x80188319 solution

Microsoft today pushed Windows 10 Mobile/PC Preview 14946 to Fast Insider members, but users who install additional language packs will get an error when updating this version. Now, Microsoft has solved this problem.

In today's Win10 Mobile Preview 14946 known issue, Microsoft mentioned: "If your phone has other voice packages installed, this version upgrade will fail with a 0x80188319 error. This is why we voted for language packs this week. Based on your reply, we decided to push this version. This issue will be fixed in the next release. Please note that deleting the voice package does not solve the problem and you will still fail to update. We recommend that you migrate to the slow Insider until this issue is fixed. & rdquo;

Now Microsoft has already outlined this problem in the update log, indicating that this problem has been fixed. Users who install additional voice packages may wish to try again if they can update.
