Win10 Mobile/PC first anniversary update preview version 14390 starts to push today

On July 16th, Xiao Bian predicted on July 14 that Donna sister will push the second new preview version of Win10 this week. Today, in the early morning, Donna sister pressed the red button and pushed Win10 Mobile/PC 1st Anniversary Update Preview 14390, this update for Insider users for the Quick Preview channel.

The 14388 version of the push was on July 13th, after three days, another version whizzed. The Windows Insider program's push cycle seems to have been adjusted. As the Win10 first anniversary RTM update date approaches, it is believed that the push frequency will be greatly accelerated, which will provide enough data for Microsoft's final annual update push to ensure that push is safe.
