What should I do if the win7 system sees video always showing jagged mosaics?

What should I do when the computer plays video? When a movie or video is played on a computer, the video appears blurry. What should I do if it affects the movie? The same is true for changing the player to play. What should I do?

1. Click the [Start] menu in the lower left corner of the taskbar.

3. Select [System].

4. Select [Advanced System Settings].

5. Click [Settings] under [Performance].

6. In the [Visual Effects] window, click on the check box to select [Customize] and remove the [Enable Desktop Combination] check box.
