Microsoft adopted the Insider program in the development process of Windows 10, so there are frequent version changes. Even the official version will continue to roll out branch versions with subtle changes as the test plan matures. 1. Display the internal version number

In other words, system updates generally make changes to the properties of explorer.exe. In this way, we can directly obtain the latest system version information through explorer.exe.

Open the Windows folder of your system, navigate to the explorer.exe file, right-click on the file and select “Properties" from the popup menu.
