Win7/8.1 updates two new patches KB3112336 and KB3112343 to help upgrade win10

Microsoft today released new patches for KB8.12336 and KB3112343 for Win8.1 and Win7 users. These two patches appear as optional updates in Windows Update. They have the same effect, improving Windows Update and improving Win10 system. Upgrade experience.
