Microsoft re-launched the official ISO system image of Win10 (version is 1511/OS version is 10586)

November 24th news, before this report Microsoft withdrew the first important update of Win10 TH2 ISO system image, including the official system "media creation" The Tools and Microsoft Win10 Tech Bench upgrade plans have removed the TH2 image and replaced the first official version of Windows 10 TH1 RTM (Build 10240) image. Now the official Tech Bench upgrade plan is back online TH2 image (version is 1511, OS version is 10586).

The previous report was rejected by Microsoft due to a problem with the new TH2 image in the "Digital Rights Activation" (click here for details), and now Tech Bench re-launched the version of the image, but also It is not clear whether the image is consistent with the previous version and there is no update.
