Kyle Pflug, a Microsoft employee responsible for Edge browser development, leaked HTML5 performance on a new version of Microsoft Edge browser earlier on Twitter earlier today. According to his screenshots, Windows 10 Build 10525, Microsoft Edge browser new The version scored 440 points in the html5test software, which is higher than the score of the Edge Browser 402 built into the Windows 10 official version of Build 10240.

It must also be noted that the test uses the latest version 6.0 of html5test, but it does not recognize Edge browser support for pointer events, which means that in Windows 10 Build 10525, the actual score of the Edge browser is 445 points.

The Microsoft Windows Insider Insider Preview Program will also introduce a newer test board than Windows 10 Build 10525. It is expected that the Edge browser's HTML5 performance will be further enhanced. Microsoft's latest Edge browser has scored more than some competitors' browsers in this regard.

Microsoft recently also hinted that the Edge browser performance of the next version of the Windows 10 Mobile Preview has been improved.


At the same time, Microsoft just pushed Windows 10 Build 10532 and once again raised the version number of Build 10525.

This update is still a bug fix, but Microsoft has also highlighted three new features, right-click menu for improving visual effects, sharing Windows Feedback content, and improvements to the EdgeHtml engine.


In addition, Build 10532 provides language packs for languages ​​supported by the Windows Preview Experience Program. Microsoft has not released an ISO image file. Currently, Windows 10 Build 10532 is only available to Insider Express members, and will be pushed to slow members after evaluation.
