Two ways to prohibit Win10 system from prohibiting background programs from running

When the Win10 system was used, we thought that we closed the software, but in fact they were still running in the background. We were not able to shut down completely, which caused the computer to run slower. Fortunately, the Win10 system can prohibit programs from running in the background. Method 1:

Method 2:

1. Right-click on the taskbar and select ““Task Manager” from the pop-up menu.
