WinXP Home Edition does not have a group policy ban on how to prevent programs from running

WinXP Home Edition is not gpedit.msc, which means that it can't turn on Group Policy. But everyone knows that you want to prevent certain programs from running only through Group Policy. Now there is no group policy. What should I do? Here is a simple and easy way to prevent the program from running.

Operation method:

Just create a file named ws2_32.dll in the software installation directory of WinXP Home Edition, so the system will run out with a file error (may be Create a new text file with an empty content and rename it to ws2_32.dll).

WinXP Home Edition can prevent programs from running without Group Policy. This method is suitable for NTXP-based WinXP, Win2000, Win2003. You can wait until you want the software to delete the ws2_32.dll file. Of course, some friends will use third-party software to prohibit running, such as 360 Security Guardian Windows Optimizer.
