How to view the history of Win8 IE browser

Click the pentagram button and select the History tab.

Method 2

Press Ctrl+H to open the history.

Microsoft puts history and favorites in the same window and it makes sense. If the viewed webpage is not saved as a bookmark, it can be found in the history.
