What if win8.1 does not confirm the dialog when deleting files?

It has been used very well after installing Windows8.1. It is proficient in operation. But one day I found that there is no prompt when deleting files. The first step, we see if there is a recycle bin icon on the desktop, if not, please see to operate, if any, please skip to the fourth step. Right-click on any blank location on the desktop, and then select “Properties>;

In the pop-up menu, select the left side of the "Properties" panel in the desktop. Change the desktop icon ";

Step 3, in the pop-up "Change desktop icon" icon panel, check "Recycle bin" and then confirm, there will be recycling on the desktop Station icon.

Step 4, right click on the "Recycle Bin" icon on the desktop, select "Properties";
