Method 1:

1, suitable for users who do not adapt to the new interface of wps text. First open your wps text software, open the document you are going to print, and format the document you want to print until the typesetting meets your requirements.

2. Move the mouse to the upper left corner of the wps software “wps text”, click on the folded small triangle to open the submenu item.

3. Select “File” in the expanded submenu, and then continue to select “Page Setup” to enter the Page Setup dialog.

4. In the Page Setup dialog box, select “Page Distance”, and then select “Direction" in the Direction, select “Portrait”.

Then find the "page layout" in the main interface, as shown below.

2, in the "Page Layout" below, find the "Page Settings" button (at the very front of the expanded submenu), as shown below.

3, find the "paper direction" in the page settings, and then find and select "landscape", then the paper becomes horizontal, so you can print horizontally.

4, the subsequent printing operation is exactly the same as the method, you can go directly to print.
