Windows Task Manager menu bar, tab bar is missing solution

When some students open their own task manager, they found that Windows Task Manager has no menus, options, views, etc., and there is no tab bar that can be switched by applications, processes, services, etc. The entire task manager has changed into a bare border.

In fact, this is not a problem, but the task manager has been changed by us to view it. It is easy to change it back.
