Computer offline work method

Going home today to use the computer, there is no router. Open Internet page prompts “ There is currently no Internet connection available, choose to work offline or try again. At first, I just turned it off. When I restarted, when I clicked into my computer or other icons, it will appear again. Then I ordered a retry, but after restarting, I still had the same situation. Finally I ordered offline work and restarted. Did not appear again after. Later, after the router was opened, the webpage could not be opened, prompting offline.
