Link the text box to make it easier to fill out the form.

people in the workplace, and often have to fill out the form frequently. Figure 1 is an example of a table we often need to fill out. We see that the “self-identification” column is a cross-page bar, and there is a problem: when the content of the first page is filled, the text does not automatically enter the corresponding cell of the second page. Instead, the cell on the first page is automatically expanded to the second page, and the original table on the second page is completely messed up. Of course, we can manually split the document into two parts, one on the first page and the other on the second page. However, if this is the case, when the text on the first page needs to be adjusted, the page break must be repeated, which is really annoying. In fact, the link text box can solve this problem perfectly. First, insert a horizontal text box in each of the two cells where "self-identification" is located, and then set the border to "wire bar color". Then, right-click on the border of the first text box and select “Create Text Box Link” in the context menu (Figure 2): The cursor will change to a cylinder (Figure 3): At this point, scroll the mouse The scroll wheel is positioned to position the cursor on the second page of the text box, and the left mouse button is pressed to complete the connection of the two text boxes. At this time, when the text in the first page text box is full, the following text will automatically enter the second text box, and when the content of the first text box changes, the text will become a whole, The two text boxes are free to “flow” without manual adjustment.
