Win10RTM Candidate Build 10176: Win10 without Watermark

Build 10176 is just one of the many RTM candidate builds. As far as we know, Build 10176 has not passed the test, and Microsoft has started compiling the updated build. In other words, the Build 10176 feature code is almost complete, but there are some bugs that hinder the public release.
