Win10 with Bing system version first exposure

Computer Store News: Microsoft currently offers OEMs a cheap version of the Win8.1 system called "Windows 8.1 with Bing". The system is no different from the regular Win8.1 version, but OEMs cannot replace the system default search engine. Of course, Windows 8.1 with Bing has a lower license fee and is free. The system is designed for entry-level devices.

Microsoft introduced Windows 8.1 with Bing this version, mainly to compete with Google Chromebook for the low-end market. Since the Windows licensing fee determines the final price of the device, limiting it can undoubtedly increase the profit margin of the OEM while reducing the Windows device.

So, in order to help OEMs drive down the price of entry-level Windows devices, Windows 8.1 with Bing came into being. Now, according to information provided by Intel, Windows 10 with Bing will also be available to OEMs.

Intel recently announced the roadmap for their next-generation mini computer, the Compute Stick, which revealed that the Falls City 2 (the next-generation Compute Stick) will be powered by the Windows 10 with Bing system. Need to further explain here, Windows 10 with Bing (very similar to Windows 8.1 with Bing) will only be used by OEMs, users can only experience Windows 10 with Bing by purchasing the device pre-installed.
