WP8.1 preview pauses to receive Lumia Cyan push updates

Many users who use the WP8.1 preview version, especially if the company uses BitLocker encryption, if you encounter problems, please downgrade back to WP8 and upgrade. (Currently the average user is not affected)

Special clarification:

• Users affected by BitLocker encryption must be downgraded to upgrade to Lumia Cyan.

• WP8.1 Preview does not encounter BitLocker encryption or has not received Lumia Cyan users, Microsoft has suspended the push update to WP8.1 preview, until the bug fix can resume push.
