WP users: Don't forget the WP8/WP8.1 application

Computer store news: More and more popular web services start to have Windows Phone apps, but users will see ads for their related services. It feels like this is in 2012, because these ads don't mention WP at all.

One example is Barclays, whose Pingit site doesn't update to mention the new Windows Phone 8/Windows Phone 8.1 app; if it's an iOS app, it's estimated that the site has been updated.

Now WP user Rudy Huyn has launched an event on Twitter that calls on all WP users to take action and look for these without "respect" or WP8/WP8. 1 Applying companies and posting to these companies prompted them to recognize the status of WP's third-largest operating system.

I don't know what WP users think about this, and whether they are interested in participating.
