Where is the Win8.1/RT 8.1 "Control Panel"?

Computer Store News: In Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1, there are several different ways to find and change your settings: Computer Settings, Control Panel, “Settings>Super Buttons & "Search&rdquo ; In the computer settings, you can find most of the settings you want to change.

Turn on computer settings
