Do one of the following:
If you have purchased a key, click or click “I already have a product key” enter it, then tap or click &ldquo The next step is ”. If the product key is invalid, please contact support.
If you haven't purchased a key and it is available online in your country, you can purchase it by clicking or clicking "I want to buy a product key online". If it is not available online, you will need to go to a local retailer.
Read the license terms, select the checkbox to accept the license terms, and click or click “Add Features”.
What if I can't install the purchased feature pack?
If you can't install the purchased feature pack, please contact support.
What features can I use?
There are two different feature packs for Windows 8.1 or Windows 8:
The Windows 8.1 Professional and Windows 8 Professional packs have enhanced network and data encryption (and include Windows Media Center), but you need to have Windows 8.1 or Windows 8 installed and activated on your computer.
