Google search new challenge: WP users

Computer Store News: Kantar ComTech posted an interesting comment on its Twitter. Kantar ComTech's data shows that the mobile platform of users in the United States often determines the search engine used by users, so Android users mainly use Google, and Windows Phone users generally use Bing.

But this phenomenon does not apply to desktop systems, and Windows users use Google search far more than Bing.

This means that, in theory, as long as WP's market share increases by 10%, Google's search engine market share will fall by 6%. Considering that mobile phone search traffic accounts for 25% to 30% of the total, this number cannot be ignored.

Natural Google needs to be concerned about whether WP US market share can significantly exceed 2%, but in some parts of the world, such as Italy, WP has a market share of 10%.
