Windows RT or will support desktop software

Presumably, Windows RT does not have the support of traditional desktop applications, which makes users uncomfortable and embarrassing developers. This function is not available in the 32-bit operating system. Under 64-bit is a function of the Structured Exception Handling (SEH) belonging to the system core. It is located in the Core Windows file kernel32. This doesn't look like something that can be used under WinRT (Metro program wants this product to do?), how to use it is used by desktop programs (x64 is used by desktop programs).
