Chrome Stable branch upgrades to 14.0.835.163

The Chrome Stable branch for Windows/Mac OS X/Linux and Chrome Frame upgrade to 14.0.835.163, officially entered the V14 era. In addition to fixing a large number of urgent bugs and security updates, two new technologies have been newly integrated.

Web Audio API: help developers create an audio application, or to integrate their own applications in a variety of amazing audio effects, such as room simulation and space simulation.
Native Client: This is an open source technology that allows C and C++ code to be executed directly and seamlessly in the browser. Currently Native Client only supports web applications in the Chrome Web Store, but this restriction will be phased out in the future.

In addition, the new version also integrates some new features for Mac OS 10.7 Lion users. For example, the new floating scroll bar will only display when scrolling, and the initial support for full screen mode, using Ctrl+Shift+F turn on.
