Windows 8 tablet does not support Flash plugin

According to foreign media reports, Microsoft said that it will rely on HTLM 5 and Metro version of IE10 browser will not support Adobe Flash plug-in.
In the mode of switching to the traditional desktop, users can still find plugins in the Windows 8 system. If users like the Metro version of the interface, IE10 will use HTML 5 online video technology and other features to play video files.
A senior executive of the Microsoft IE team revealed that the network is moving forward. The first thing users see is the Metro style browsing interface. In Windows 8, only HTML 5 technology can be used. All plugins are provided free of charge.
Since Apple is boycotting Flash on iPhones and iPads, many websites now offer HTML version 5 videos, such as YouTube.
Microsoft said it surveyed more than 97,000 locations worldwide and found that 62% already offer non-Flash HTML videos, and many sites offer non-Flash advertising services. If you visit a website with an ActiveX control or other content plugin, the user will receive a prompt to return to the traditional desktop mode for browsing.
