How to disable certain specified programs in the system

In some special cases, if a person uses a computer with several other people, then some of their own programs or files do not want others to use them. If you do not let others use them, How to disable it?

I have set up several users on Windows 2003, and most of the programs installed on the system can be used by these users. However, there are several programs that can't be uninstalled, and you can't just use them. Is there any way to disable the specified program?

You can use Group Policy's "Software Restriction Policy" to solve the problem, as follows: 1. Log in to the Windows 2003 system as an administrator's account. Click the “Start” menu, select the “Run” command, type “gpedit.msc”, and press Enter to open the “Group Policy Editor”. 2. In the left pane of the “Group Policy Editor”, click to expand & ldquo;Computer Configuration”→“Windows Settings”→“Security Settings”→“Software Restriction Strategy&rdquo ; If there is no policy menu under “Software Restriction Policy”, you have not set it before, you need to right-click “Software Restriction Strategy” and “Rare Software” to create a new strategy. At this time, there will be two more strategies under “Software Restriction Strategy”, which are “Security Level” and “Other Rules”. Third, right click on the "Other rules" & rdquo; & rarquo; & ldquo; new path rules & rdquo; open the "new path rules" dialog box, click the "Browse" button next to the "path" column Add the full path to the software you need to disable. Then select “not allowed" in the <;Security Level> drop down menu, and finally click “OK> to disable the specified program. If there are multiple programs that need to be disabled, add them as many times as described above.

In fact, disabling the program that you do not want to be used is not a very complicated operation. You can learn the steps of the above tutorial carefully. I believe that everyone is very concerned about the privacy of this computer. Learn more ways to protect your privacy.
