First enable the guest account; because the security performance of Windows Server 2008 system is significantly stronger than the traditional operating system, so By default, the system does not allow shared access users to access themselves since the guest account. However, in the internal network working environment, most of the shared resource visitors are trusted users. To treat these trusted users, we can allow them to use the guest account to access the target shared resources in the Windows Server 2008 system.
