The author bought a Lenovo Tianyi notebook in 2007, pre-installed Vista system, due to the recent Internet often Trojan horse, so plan to upgrade the Vista SP1 patch to fix the system vulnerability, but after the automatic upgrade patch, restart In the system, the display screen has a black screen error. At this time, the system is in a crash state. Pressing any button has no reaction, and the fault is solved after several twists and turns. Let's take the author's Lenovo Tianyi notebook as an example to introduce the troubleshooting method. Careful analysis of the black screen failure Since the initial failure did not expect to upgrade the patch will appear a black screen error, so did not observe the phenomenon before the black screen, so I use a key to restore the restore system, upgrade Vista SP1 again, but the fault remains, the specific performance is decompression replication After the patch is finished, the system is restarted. When the 1/3 installation phase is completed, the entire screen is displayed in black, and the program that displays the error displays "defrag.exe" (that is, the disk defragmenter). After the query data is found, the confirmation is Lenovo. The key recovery disables the failure caused by disk defragmentation. After consulting the Lenovo technician, two solutions were given. Solution one: Delete one-click recovery software. After installing Lenovo one-click recovery, Vista system will automatically shield the disk defragmentation program. Therefore, before upgrading Vista SP1, just uninstall Lenovo one-click recovery, and then install Lenovo after upgrading Vista SP1. One key recovery is enough. We can delete Lenovo OneKey Recovery directly under Windows (Figure 1). After deletion, it will not cause system backup to be lost. Factory backup and lightning recovery backup data will remain in the system. Install Lenovo Lenovo One-Click Recovery again to perform corresponding Resume the operation. Solution 2: Upgrade one-click recovery software Lenovo technical staff, if you do not want to delete Lenovo one-click recovery, you can also install a new version of one-click recovery. Lenovo OneKey Recovery 5.0.10109 and above is compatible with Vista SP1. After installing a new version of OneKey Recovery, users will not be able to upgrade Vista SP1 without a black screen error. If you feel that installing a new version of one-click recovery is more troublesome, there is actually a solution, that is, first disable the "Lightning Recovery" module of Lenovo OneKey Recovery (Figure 2), and then upgrade Vista SP1, but this will lead to system increase. The amount of backup data is lost, so I recommend manually backing up important data before upgrading.
