Problems with Alipay controls and certificates under Vista

Problem: Error message "Cenroll is empty or not, error code 800A138F"
Scenario: Appears when installing Alipay Digital Certificate.
Solution:
1) Make sure that the Windows Vista service Protected Storage is started. Start -> Control Panel (Classic View) -> Services--Protected Storage
2) Make sure https://www.alipay.com is in IE's trusted site.
3) Download the Microsoft Cenroll control (click to download).
Problem: The browser page is automatically closed
Scene: Vista operating system, IE7 browser, the page automatically closes when logging in to Alipay.
Solution: Start -> Control Panel (Classic View) -> User Account -> Turn "User Account Control" on or off -> "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer", Click to remove the "checkmark" and confirm.
