Solve 100% CPU usage in mysterious processes in Vista

I don't know if your friends have encountered vista for a long time, occupying a lot of CPU resources and letting them run 100% at full capacity. This usually happens after the initial installation of the system and when the system is installed and updated. I once heard a friend mentioned that he said that after installing Vista Ultimate, the CPU is always 100% occupied, the system running machine is slow, I heard that it has been much better to change the enterprise version. I don't know what causes the different response of the enterprise board and the flagship version. He is an MSDN user who can install various versions of genuine Vista, and we don't have this strength. I have also encountered this problem, it is on my PC configured in 2002, the interesting thing is that my Dell 700m does not feel the machine running slowly. I don't know if it is a strong machine, I won't feel it? No matter what, this is a problem, how to solve it?
When this happens, it is generally not a virus. According to the information, TrustedInstaller.exe is actually "Windows Module Installer", which is usually run when Windows finds and installs updates, and even restarts after installing it. Therefore, 100% CPU usage will occur when the system is just installed and the system is automatically updated. At this time, the installation service is running. There is no good way to do this. It is best to wait for the TrustedInstaller.exe process to complete its task and then resume normal.
If you don't have this patience, there are two other solutions.
One of them, the automatic update to start. Change the Windows update settings and select three other options besides "Automatic Update (Recommended)".
Second, pointing to the old nest, change the Windows Module Installer service.
- Either disable the Windows Module Installer service from starting with Windows:
Location: Win+R->Enter MSConfig->Services-> Cancel the selection in front of "Windows Module Installer".
- Either change it directly to manual startup:
Location: Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Management Tools -> Service.
