Getting Ready:

This is a required file for Vista startup. It is impossible to delete this file easily in Vista, so it needs to be deleted in the WinRE environment:
1) Start using the Vista installation DVD; 2) Select the language and click “Next (Next)”; 3) Select Repair your computer>; 4) Select the operating system and click “Next”& rdquo;, then enter “System Recovery” option 5) Click “Command Prompt ; 6) In the command prompt interface, remove the winload.exe file from the installed Vista. At this point, the Vista system failed to start! It will prompt you to run Repair your computer> from the Vista installation CD.
Repair your computer:
Use "Startup Repair" to fix your computer as follows:
1) Start with Vista installation DVD; 2) Select the language and click “Next”; 3) Select Repair your computer>; 4) Select the operating system and click “Next”, then enter & ldquo; System Restore & rdquo; Option 5) Click Startup Repair; 6) Startup Repair will start and start diagnosing your computer to determine the root cause of the failure.
