The purpose of this article is to familiarize you with Startup Repair & ldquo; so that you or your customers can use it when they need it. Getting Ready:
Before we make Vista unbootable, make sure you have set a restore point for your machine. Restore points are not required for file repair, but may be helpful when an error occurs. To create a restore point: Search in the search bar of the Vista start menu <System Restore >-->Enable “open system protection>-->Click “Create (Create)” and follow the wizard to create a restore point.
Make Vista Unbootable:
To demonstrate how to use the "Startup Repair" & Repairs file, we will remove the following files:

This is a required file for Vista startup. It is impossible to delete this file easily in Vista, so it needs to be deleted in the WinRE environment:
1) Start using the Vista installation DVD; 2) Select the language and click “Next (Next)”; 3) Select Repair your computer>; 4) Select the operating system and click “Next”& rdquo;, then enter “System Recovery” option 5) Click “Command Prompt ; 6) In the command prompt interface, remove the winload.exe file from the installed Vista. As follows: If your Vista is installed in C: Run, move C: WindowsSystem32winload.exe C: WindowsSystem32winload.exe.backup
7) Then use “ System Recovery & rdquo; Restart the ” button to reboot the computer.
At this point, the Vista system failed to start! It will prompt you to run Repair your computer> from the Vista installation CD.
Repair your computer:
Use "Startup Repair" to fix your computer as follows:
1) Start with Vista installation DVD; 2) Select the language and click “Next”; 3) Select Repair your computer>; 4) Select the operating system and click “Next”, then enter & ldquo; System Restore & rdquo; Option 5) Click Startup Repair; 6) Startup Repair will start and start diagnosing your computer to determine the root cause of the failure. Once you determine the cause of the problem, it will immediately begin to automatically repair your computer. 7) After the Startup Repair is repaired, click “ Finish (restart) & restart the computer.
At this point your computer should be able to boot properly and enter the Vista system!
